Does your SITE-WIDE SALES include already marked down sale items?

In general, site-wide sales only applies to regular priced items only. Unless stated otherwise.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal and interact online as forms of payment.

How can I get a job with Gongshow? 

Stay tuned to our social media accounts, as well as jobs.gongshowgear.com as all availabilities will be posted here. You must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for any job openings.

Would Gongshow donate a prize to or sponsor an event?

We get hundreds of requests such as this every year and while we would love to be involved with every one of them, we simply are unable to do so. Any inquiries regarding this can be sent to service@gongshowgear.com and we will do our best to help out however we can.

Does your clothing shrink?

All of our clothing is pre-shrunk, so no it will not. However, always make sure you read all labels for proper washing instructions.

What should I do if my Gongshow gear breaks or I feel it is defective?

We stand behind our products 100% but there are bound to be some issues from time to time. Email service@gongshowgear.com with pictures of your issue and your order information and our #BeautyService team will help you out! Please note that our products do not carry a lifetime warranty so any resolution to your issue will depend on the date of purchase.

How do I make a Return/Exchange with GONGSHOW?

If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, we have a 60 day return refund policy and a 90 day exchange policy on all regular full price items. We also have a 365 day return policy in exchange for a store credit. All Sales / Clearance items are final sale. 

Simply visit our return/exchange page here and request an RMA #. Our Beauty Service team will review the request and authorize it if it meets all criteria. Then, simply download our pre-paid postage label and send us the items back at no charge to you!

If you did not receive, or discarded the pre-paid postage label, simply email service@gongshowgear.com and we can send you an electronic copy to print off no problem at all.

Site-Wide / Final Sale / Clearance Products

All purchases that are marked as final sale or part of a Site-wide promotion of 40% or more are considered final. This means that once you buy something, you can't return or exchange it. Final sales are typically offered on clearance items or end-of-season styles, and they often have a significantly reduced price. We do offer exceptions on defective products, please contact our customer care team for these exceptions. 

Keep some things in mind when shopping on final sale items:

- Make sure that the item(s) is something you or someone in your friend and family circle will want and that it will fit them. Since return or exchanges are not allowed, you may want to donate it to someone who might benefit from it. 

- Check the sizing - since no exchanges is possible, it's important to make sure you're buying the right size. Check the sizing chart and read any reviews to get an idea how the item(s) fits. 

- No price adjustments - Final sale items do not quality for price adjustments or price matches. 

If an item is sold out, when will you be re-ordering more?

Gongshow is made in limited edition amounts in most items – so unfortunately in many cases the answer is never. Some popular pieces we will bring back from time to time - if we don't have it available on our website, we recommend you check out some of our biggest retail e-commerce stores found below. Please check your local GSH dealers as well in store, or fire us an email at service@gongshowgear.com and we’ll do our best to help you track down what you are looking for.

Where can I find your gear in a local store/retailer?

GONGSHOW Gear can be found in various locations throughout North America and Europe. You can use our store locator tool found on our website here to find the store nearest you! If you are interested in becoming an official GONGSHOW dealer, please contact retail@gongshowgear.com

When is your next lineup going to be released?

Here at GONGSHOW, we have three main lineups that we release. Our Spring/Summer lineup is released in March, our Fall/Winter lineup is released in August, and we also have a Winter/Holiday lineup that is released in November just in time for Christmas.

We also have special limited edition products releasing at various times throughout the year (Canada/Independence Day, St. Patrick’s Day etc) so stay tuned to our Social Media accounts or sign up for our newsletter for up to the second updates on all new product.

FAQ Regarding Online Orders 

Return Shipping Cost? 

We offer free domestic return and refund on the cost of the item(s) and not on the initial shipping charge on the order. If you return an item using the free return label provided by us, and the reason for return is not a result of our store's error, then the original shipping charge on the order will not be refunded.

Do I Need To Return My Free Gift? 

If you are returning an item that qualified for a gift with purchase, please include the gift with your return. If your return is missing its promotional gift, you will be contacted regarding the issue and asked for payment information to be charged for that gift. You may keep the gift if exchanging or returning for store credit.

How much is shipping?

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $200 (With the exception of some outlying areas outlined below)

Shipping charges are as follows: 

Canada: (Please note Yukon, NWT, Nunavut are excluded from FREE shipping and have a fixed price of $25 EXPEDITED and $45 EXPRESS) 

Standard Ground: 4-7 business days starting at $12

Express: 2-4 business days starting at $15

US: INTERNATIONAL STANDARD 4 - 10 DAYS - Starting at $8 FLAT RATE 

When will my order ship?

If you have an account with us, you can track your order status right on your account. If not, you will be updated immediately with a shipping tracking number as soon as your order status has been changed to "Shipped/Completed". If your order has been under the status 'Order Entered' or 'Pending' for more than 5 business days, please contact us below or email to service@gongshowgear.com . We guarantee all orders to be delivered within 4-8 business days.

How do I track my order? 

Once the package is picked up by the specific courier an email is sent to the email address associated with the order. This email will include a Status notification, as well as a Tracking # so customers can track their package every step of the way.

LOCAL PICKUP (OTTAWA AREA)

We offer FREE local pickup between the hours of 8am - 3pm EST Monday-Friday. Choose the option when checking out. Once your order is ready, we will notify you and provide further information on when and where to go. Upon arrival please ring the door bell or call (613) 715-9009, you will be asked for your proof of purchase, order #, and name in order to pick up your package. 

Can I order custom gear from Gongshow?

This depends on how much product you were looking to order. Minimum orders for any custom gear are usually over 100 pieces. If this is something you are interested in doing and your minimum order would be over 100 pieces, please contact service@gongshowgear.com and we will help you from there.

Can I add to or cancel my order once it has been processed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to add additional products to your order or cancel it once it has been processed. We pride ourselves on providing #BeautyService at all times so when your order comes through, it is printed and packaged immediately to be shipped out as quickly as possible. We do however offer free returns/exchanges if the product is unsatisfactory in any way.

Why did I not receive a free gift with my order?

We offer the option of a free gift for all orders. Depending on the value of your order, you will be given the option of adding a more valuable gift. The minimum order amount to be eligible for a free gift is $200. This can vary due to different promotions running at different times. You MUST select and add the free gift to your order at the checkout area in order to receive it. Failure to do so will result in the gift not being sent.

Am I able to ship to a PO box?

If you are located in Canada, the answer is yes- you can put down a PO box as your shipping address.

Unfortunately in the US this is not an option and you must enter your physical shipping address when placing an order.

Am I able to return boxers or socks? 

If the issue is fit and the product has been tried on- we reserve the right to deny any return/exchange request for these items (for hygiene purposes). RMA's for these items will be considered on a case by case basis by our #BeautyService team

INTERNATIONAL FAQ

International Shipping Information

Duty and Taxes 

If you are shopping to have your order shipped domestically within Canada there are no duties or taxes. Under current trade regulations, US shipments over $800USD may be charged additional duties and tax however you will not be billed or charged as we will pay this out on our end. All other International shipments however will be charged duties and taxes respective of their country of origin in additional to our shipping and handling charges.

Where do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally to over 55 countries and the shipping countries should be available at checkout during the shipping option process. If your country is not listed, please contact us for a manual quote at sales@gongshowgear.com

What is the cost to ship internationally?

Shipping is a flat rate that will appear at checkout depending on your country. Your order will be shipped via Canada Post or UPS International Standard and should arrive within 5-10 business days.

What am I expected to pay?

US Customers will not have to pay any import duties/taxes as this will be handled by us on our end. For all other international orders - you will be responsible for all importing taxes and/or duties when your package arrives. Please consult with your country's import office to determine what the costs might be.

Free Shipping Promotions

Unfortunately minimum FREE Shipping on orders over $100 does not apply to international orders and will not be honored, this also includes any other free shipping promotions coupons.

Return/Exchanges  

Free return or exchanges, unfortunately does not apply to international orders. Customers are responsible for their own freight should they wish to return or exchange an order.

Currency Exchange

All prices listed are in CANADIAN Dollars in CANADA and US dollars for US customers. Depending on your credit card provider's default currency, the charged price will be converted to your provider's currency exchange rate, you may also be charged a small international fee. International shipments DO include US shipments as well. Please consult with your card provider for more information. We do not have control over this exchange rate.
