DUE TO THE TECHNICAL NATURE OF THE POP-UP SETUP. CASH AND CREDIT/DEBIT REFUNDS CAN ONLY BEEN DONE AT THE STORE LOCATION ONCE PURCHASED.
A FULL MONEY BACK REFUND CAN ONLY DONE DURING THE OPENING POP-UP HOURS BETWEEN NOV 4th to NOV 10th before 6pm. SIMPLY VISIT US DURING OPENING HOURS WITH YOUR PURCHASE AND RECEIPT.
RETURNS / EXCHANGE DONE AFTER THE POP-UP LOCATION CLOSES CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED FOR A FULL STORE CREDIT GIFT CARD TO OUR ONLINE STORE @ GONGSHOWGEAR.CA.
FREE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY AFTER POP-UP LOCATION CLOSES
- 90 Days from Purchase – Eligible for Online Exchange and Online Store Credit Gift Card.
- 365 Days from Purchase – Eligible for Online Store Credit Only Gift Card.
- Email SERVICE@GONGSHOWGEAR.COM OR CALL 1-844-609-0805 (613-792-1520) AND Provide our agent with your POP UP SHOP RECEIPT ORDER ID on your receipt.
- You will be asked for to create an online account at @ GONGSHOW.COM (gongshowgear.ca/account/register) with your email and provide that to the agent.
- The Agent will confirm information about the return / exchange with you and will provide you with an RMA number and will provide you a FREE domestic mailing postage for you to print and send your items back to our warehouse.
- Once we have received your return, you will be sent via e-mail a gift card for the total returned amount to be used to purchase goods on the online store. For exchanges see below.
The steps are like the return policy process. here are a couple ways we recommend:
- Send back your return items, we will process the exchange and ship out the replacement product (upon availability at the time of exchange) OR
- Send back your return items, wait for the store credit gift card, and purchase the items you wish to exchange with on the online store. We can provide you with a FREE shipping code.
POP STORE PURCHASE EXCEPTION - IF ITEMS PURCHASED ARE UNWASHED, UNWARN, OR DEFECTIVE AND WAS MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS WITH THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT AND TAG, AT OUR DISCREITION, CUSTOMERS MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR A FULL MONEY BACK REFUND TO THEIR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD OR MAKE QUICK EXCHANGE - AT THE ORIGINAL POP UP SHOP LOCATION (CHECK LOCATION HOURS). AFTER 24 HOURS, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE FULL REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AT THE STORE AND CUSTOMER MUST THEN FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS SET OUT ABOVE FOR A STORE CREDIT GIFT CARD REFUND or EXCHANGE.
