Love the backpack but has an issue

I got this backpack in mid september and after using it regularly for college every day to carry my books the shoulder straps started tearing off at the seams. I really love the backpack, but the stitching is tearing out while only carrying my college text books. If it had reinforced shoulder straps, I would rate it 5 stars.
